What are your return terms?
We do our best to get the most accurate idea and image of the products through the website. The sizes usually fit right at once if you follow our size recommendations. However, sometimes the product does not meet expectations, so you can cancel the purchase even if you have already received the products.
Operating instructions 1.
- Returns for full price products are free
- We charge €1.90 for returning sale products (This is an order-specific charge, even if there are several sale products in the return, we only charge €1.90 once)
- Fiorellashop offers a return period of 30 days after the products have been received
- The products to be returned must be in salable condition, i.e. they can be adjusted, they cannot be used
- Returns are free.
- Please note that the limit of free deliveries is €50/order. If you fall below the %s free delivery limit, we charge €4.90 after returning the original delivery fee.
- Posti transports the return in about 4-10 days , i.e. slower than normal mail. However, Fiorellashop reacts to returns as soon as they are received.
- You will get your money back no later than 7 days after your return has been received
- We charge €20.00 for costs incurred for uncollected shipments.
Put the products back in their original packaging as they were when received. A buttoned up wrinkled t-shirt is not salable, and causes additional additional costs for logistical and practical reasons. Also handle the product packaging with care. 2.
Include the order confirmation you received, in which you have filled in your account number and the reason for the return in the return instructions. If you have ordered with Walley, you can either pay the invoice and inform us of your account number, or include the invoice with the return, in which case you will receive an updated invoice in your email after the return has been processed. 3.
Take the package to the post office, tell them the return code 639297 and that you are making a customer return to Fiorellashop.
Posti takes the package and delivers it to us within 7 days. NOTE!
Take a receipt from the customer return. We will only reimburse the price of the lost products against a receipt, which you can use to prove that you delivered the products to the post office. NOTE!
The return is free of charge if the instructions have been followed. We will not refund the return costs if Posti's prepaid customer return is not used for the return. If the product to be returned is incorrect (damaged, used), Fiorella Shop is not obliged to refund the full price of the return. If the returned products are not in resalable condition for reasons caused by the customer, we will withhold part of the sales price as compensation.
