Terms of Delivery
These terms and conditions are valid as of 21 Mar 2015. All rights reserved. By placing an order you accept our terms and conditions.
Under normal circumstances, delivery from Fiorellashop.com takes 3-7 working days (Monday through Friday). For overseas orders and during peak traffic times, such as Christmas etc, delivery times may be slightly longer.
You will automatically receive a confirmation email from us when your order is received. You will also receive a dispatch confirmation when your order has left our warehouse, which includes a tracking number so that you can track the status of your parcel on the courier website. If you are not at home you will be contacted by GLS / Post officer in order to insure expedient delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel a sale on a particular item (or the entire order) in the event that our stock is sold out or our suppliers are not able to supply an order, or any price errors that may occur. In case of an item not being in stock, an email will be sent to you within 1-3 days informing you of any of these issues, in which case you may cancel the remainder of your order. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery times.
In case of a damaged merchandise being received please fill a complaint about it before returning the item. You can do so by emailing us here
. We will write you back within 48 hours with specific instructions regarding how to return the merchandise. Returning costs are explained in Shippings & Returns page. The merchant undertakes to deliver a flawless merchandise.
In case of a refund, the paid amount will be returned through the same channel that was used to pay for the merchandise. Please contact us here
and we will email you the packing slip needed for the return.
The delivery cost is based on four different charge zones. You will see the shipping cost calculated to your selected country at checkout page.
When we refer to days, regarding delivery we refer to normal working/business days, i.e. Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please take care when opening the package so as not to damage the items inside, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
Items are purchased mainly over the internet, using the shopping cart at https://fiorellashop.com. Before you order products, you need to sign up as a customer and fill in the registration form with your name, contact and billing information.
All orders will be confirmed by email, which shows the price of the order, cost of shipping and all ordered items. To get an order confirmation requires giving us your email. By ordering from Fiorellashop.com the customer agrees to the valid terms and conditions.
When ordering via PayPal or Credit Card we will send the merchandise within 24 hours (during business days) after successfully receiving the payment.
All PayPal and Credit Card orders are processed by secure third party payment solutions provider. We do not store any unnecessary credit card information but only forward the given credit card data via secured transfer protocol to the payment provider. Payments are handled by PayLane sp. z o.o., which is located in Gdańsk at ul. Arkońska 6/A3, zip code: 80-387, KRS: 0000227278.
We will send an electronic order confirmation to your email, from where you can see the following:
• order number
• the total sum of the order
• items ordered
• payment method
You can also view the contents of the order in your in your profile on our website.
